4th Tuesday Speaker Series

Theodore Roosevelt focus of March 26 presentation

 

 

The Friends of the Orchard Park Public Library is pleased to announce that Stanton Hudson, of the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site, will present “The American Identity and its Buffalo Connection” at its next 4th Tuesday Speaker Series presentation on Tuesday, March 26.

 

The presentation will take place at 7 p.m. at the Orchard Park Public Library, 4570 South Buffalo Street, in Orchard Park. This is event is FREE and open to the public.

 

Please join us as Mr. Hudson discusses Theodore Roosevelt and his presidency, which started with his inauguration in the Buffalo after the assassination of President McKinley. Roosevelt’s administration is said to be the beginning of the “modern presidency.”

The next 4th Tuesday lecture will be on Tuesday, April 23. "Beerffalo: Ales & Tales of Buffalo" by Rob Gabriel of Explore Buffalo will focus on Buffalo's beer brewing history and its current resurgence.
