The Friends of the Orchard Park Public Library is pleased to announce the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation will hold a presentation on "Shipwrecks of Lake Erie" at the next 4th Tuesday Speaker Series presentation on Tuesday, September 25.
The presentation will take place at 7 p.m. at the Orchard Park Public Library, 4570 South Buffalo Street, in Orchard Park. This is event is FREE and open to the public.
Notorious for sudden snow storms and big waves, Lake Erie has earned its reputation as the "Graveyard of the Great Lakes." Join us as we learn more about these fabulous shipwrecks.
The next 4th Tuesday Speaker Series will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 23.
